The website Mitigate Flight offers both flight searches and travel deals. We do not yet accept reservations, dispense tickets, accept payments, or have access to any specific trip information. Check your Spam folder first if you haven’t gotten a confirmation from the airline or travel agency you booked with. You’ll need to get in touch with your airline or travel agency if it isn’t hiding in there and you still haven’t received an email after 24 hours.

As we neither keep nor have access to any individual travel records, you will need to get in touch with the airline or travel agency you used to make your reservation.

Your reservation confirmation should list the business you booked with. Check your bank or credit card statement to see who processed your payment if you don’t have the confirmation.

Avoid trying to make another reservation because you might get two bookings. To find out if your booking was successful, get in touch with the business directly.

Prices found online typically only contain the cost of the flight, but they may also include other obligatory costs like airport and fuel taxes. It’s common to pay extra for hold baggage. On the airline or agency website, you would need to check the cost and allowance for baggage, then add this on as you complete the booking process.
